You’re the designer of your own life.

We build it day by day.

I started the UX Growth Podcast because I was in the same place you might be now. I doubted myself, unsure if I belonged in this industry, and wondered if I’d ever find clarity.

I didn’t set out to become a podcast host.

I actually ran another show that flopped. My mentor said, “Why not start a UX design podcast? You have the skills. You’ll grow into it.”

I pushed back. Too much work, I thought. But he reminded me I could walk away if it didn’t work. No strings attached.

So I gave it a shot. And it took off.
I realized this is what I should have been doing all along. I wasn’t alone. Countless designers like me are looking for honesty, clarity, and growth in UX.

My Background

  • 10 years as a graphic designer, learning the fundamentals of visual storytelling.

  • Transitioned into web design, where I taught high schoolers how the web works and discovered the power of UX.

  • Worked in fast-paced agencies (where I learned to stay calm under pressure).

  • Built content in ecommerce and now edtech, sharing knowledge to help others grow.

  • Along the way, I’ve written hundreds of blogs and posts on LinkedIn daily to share what I’ve learned.

How I Work

I’m collaborative by nature. I don’t swear on the mic. I try to stay calm when things go sideways (they always do). I’m fascinated by user behavior and love it when plans break, because that’s when real growth happens.

(Fun fact: curiosity and collaboration show up in every episode. It’s what makes conversations on this podcast different.)

✅ Designers trying to figure out if UX is really for them
✅ Professionals regaining confidence after layoffs
✅ Mid-level designers looking to step up into senior roles
✅ Anyone who needs a reminder that setbacks are just part of the process

Who This Podcast Is For:

My Goal for You

I want this podcast to clarify things when they feel uncertain, remind you that every designer you admire has struggled, too, and help you keep moving forward. One story, one challenge, one insight at a time.

If you’ve read this far, start with my first Q&A episode. it’s the best way to get to know me and the heart of this show.
