AI tools support the work rather than replacing UX Growth's judgment. Personalized deliverables are reviewed and directed by UX Growth before being provided to the client.
UX Growth does not intentionally submit unnecessary highly sensitive information, such as payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or banking credentials, to AI tools.
Third-party AI providers have their own terms, security practices, and privacy policies.
If your employer, client, NDA, or other agreement restricts the use of AI systems with certain information, tell UX Growth before submitting that information. UX Growth can then determine whether the service can be provided while respecting those restrictions.
Do not submit confidential or restricted information that you are not authorized to share.
4. Portfolio and confidential project materials
Portfolio services may require you to share information about work completed for employers, clients, or other organizations.
UX Growth will use those materials to provide the service you requested and will not intentionally publish identifiable client materials as portfolio examples or marketing materials without permission.
