Nick Mann

The day I got laid off, I realized no one was having the conversations I needed to hear.

Since then, I’ve worked in scrappy agencies, corporate environments, and schools, and have been laid off again. I know what it’s like to feel directionless, send resumes into the void, and wonder if you’ll ever move up.

I created The UX Growth Podcast to share the messy, real, and practical side of growing in UX. If you’re figuring things out in this field, you’re in the right place.

don’t spend another week wondering what’s next?

You don’t need more generic advice. You need real stories, practical strategies, and the motivation to take your next step from designers who’ve been there.
